In addition to more traditional IPAs and pale ales, they have gone out of their way including into Irish mythology and geology to create a singular Irish, Underworld Beer. In the working brewery in Irelands Hidden Heartlands, visitors are offered an in- depth tour of the brewing process from grain to glass. Samples of the different beers are provided during the tour and participants are encouraged to taste, smell and watch a brew in progress. Guided tours in English and French. Advance booking required.
