On arrival, walk the short distance to the Aran Tea House run by a lady from Milwaukee who is married to an islander and opened a quaint café in their family home where everything is baked in house. After sampling their delicious fare, continue to Áras Éanna, the Island’s Arts Centre and learn how to make a St Brigid’s Cross from locally grownWillow followed by a visit to one of the Aran Island’s only hand knitters awaits before a tour of the Island calling to the shipwreck, underground church and O’Brien’s Castle. A freshly caught lobster from the Atlantic Ocean will be served for lunch at a local house followed by a craft beer in one of the local pubs. Return flight to Connemara arriving back to Galway at 17:30.
