The Master-Class begins with a seven minute video describing our patented processes from fresh fish to finished products. Demonstration of the unique design of the smoking kiln and smokebox and experience the smell of the oak smoke and feel of the oak shavings and turf. The master-class concludes with a tasting of our award winning smoked salmon in the Visitor Centre.
