Engage in a fun history lesson of the origins of mead and honey in Medieval Ireland. Visit the production area and learn how it’s made, finishing in the Tasting Room with samplings of three of their award winning meads, fermented to 12% ABV from honey and fruit. Private tours can also be arranged which include limited edition mead tasting, mead cocktails and food pairings. Guided tour in English. Tour in German available on request. Duration 1 hour. Tour can be shortened to 30 minutes on request.
