From here an edible and sensory adventure begins whereby you see the natural world through Mary’s eyes. Ramble through her wild home garden to find plants, flowers, fruits, herbs, nuts and fungi for a taster that ends at Mary’s kitchen table, followed by a traditional toast of her award- winning wild damson liqueur. Guided tour in English. Mary also has conversational Dutch and French. Recipes may be provided.
