The experience can include a Gin Making Class with in depth discussion about botanicals and flavourings in Gin – everyone who does the class, will get a pot still, create their own recipe and take away a 700ml bottle of their own bespoke Gin! Also food from the local Boyne Valley Food Series (Breads, Meats and Cheeses) can be included upon request! Bottomless Gin and Tonics are served throughout the class, as well as tea/coffee/water available free of charge. For those with less time, gin tours and tastings are also available.
