The kitchen garden offers seasonal vegetable and herbs and nearby farms provide much of the rest. Having run an award-winning vegan restaurant in London for seven years and now with a family of three growing teenage boys, Mike and Jo are delighted to be able to share their knowledge of Irish food history and plant-based cooking to the wider community.
