Your guide will explain to you the history and culture of cheesemaking in Ireland, the importance of sustainable farming and the nutritional benefits of goat milk products. You will finish with a simple cheesemaking demonstration showing the process from milk to finished cheese and of course, a full tasting of our award-winning artisan goat milk cheeses from the St Tola range. You will also get a chance to visit our ÉCONOMUSÉE visitor centre and shop where visitors get to see and interact with many things connected with farming and cheesemaking.
