The Beer Sommelier, Asst. Brewer or Head Brewer then show visitors the milling room, water treatment, mash tun, kettle, whirlpool, plate heat exchanger and then finally the fermenters where the yeast is added to create alcohol. At the end of the tour, visitors are given a tasting of the core range of beers. Silver Package includes tasting 6 beers, flavour profile and food matching. Gold Package with our Master Brewer Brendan Murphy includes tasting the core beers and limited editions hand selected by the Brewer from his Brew Series.
