On your excursion, you’ll get a glimpse into the ancient history of this mystical location, passing church ruins and a holy well on the eastern summit of Sliabh Liag. This moderate walking route is only 2.8km long but features views of the villages of Teelin and Carrick in the valley below where you can enjoy some local food and drink after your walk.Walk takes approx. 1 hr 30 mins each way – group can organise their own transport to meet them at top of Sliabh Liag if not doing return section. Not normally guided, but if required an English/German speaking guide can be sourced locally. There is a charge for this.
