There are a range of classes available for groups, anything from a 45-minute scone making class with castle tour, to a full traditional Irish dinner or lunch; all savored afterwards in Butler’s Room, in the castle. The more adventurous can participate in a day course of Catch & Cook, which includes a fishing trip on Dublin Bay, to catch your main course, before coming back to the school to learn how to cook it! There is always time at the end of a class to enjoy your results with a glass of coffee or wine! The Castle is also available for exclusive fine dining and small conferences where participants can enjoy the St Lawrence family hospitality. Depending on course chosen, hands on classes 2hrs 45mins (normally include a 3 course meal), demonstrations from 45mins. Howth Castle Tours – up to 1hr 15mins. Cookery Courses are in English and Interpreters can be arranged, if pre-requested, for any of the above courses.
