Kinsale (from the Irish, Ceann tSaile – ‘Head of the Sea’) is a picturesque, historic town and famous for great locally sourced cuisine!

Taking place in a traditional cottage, by candlelight Dolores Crowley demonstrates traditional baking methods, followed by a
session of stories, humorous songs and monologues tracing the history of West Cork from the Bronze Age through to the time
of the Irish Civil War. Dolores regales the history of local monasteries, castles, the 1798 Rebellion, the Famine, the 1916 Rising
and the story of Michael Collins. Farmhouse Theatre has to be Pre-Booked.

For the more adventurous try out a magical night time paddle which triggers all your senses.Watch the silhouette of the seabirds
on the bank, the red sunset, the whole panoply of stars overhead, the moonlight reflected on the water, or, at certain times of year,
the astonishing bio-luminescence. This is a light emitted by marine life, which, from the paddler’s point of view, causes the water to
light up around your paddle in 1,000 tiny lights. Kayaking trips with are available every day and available for
