AWild Food Foraging Event. Guests will actively forage for wild safe food
and get an opportunity to cook up what has been found. Information sheets,
recipes and samples of foraged foods will be on show. The event takes place
at Blackstairs Ecotrails in meadows, woods and hedgerows. Delicious organic
refreshments will be served.

Visitors can enjoy a self-guided experience of 120 acres of Birr Castle
Demesne.Within the Demesne the visitor can experience a wonderful
selection of gardens, parklands and also visit the historic science centre on
the pioneering inventions of the Parsons family with Interpretation available.
