Alongside the Fáilte Ireland learniFI platform, businesses can also access the Responsible Serving of Alcohol (RSA) programme. Offering practical guidance for safer alcohol service practices, with certified, practical online training.
Developed by alcohol.ie, this programme is supported by Fáilte Ireland, the Licensed Vintners Association (LVA), the Vintners Federation of Ireland (VFI), the Irish Hotels Federation (IHF), and leading education providers, including Dublin Institute of Technology (DIT), Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology (GMIT), and Waterford Institute of Technology (WIT).
What the programme includes
- A 50-minute online, certified e-learning course
- Designed for licence holders, managers, and staff who serve alcohol
- Practical guidance to help you develop clear policies and procedures
- A focus on promoting responsible consumption and reducing alcohol-related harm
What you will receive
- An Alcohol Policy for display on your premises, endorsed by An Garda Síochána
- An RSA certificate for each participant who successfully completes the course
