The Website is operated by the National Tourism Development Authority, also known as Fáilte Ireland (“we” or the “Authority”), whose principal place of business is at 88 -95 Amiens Street, Dublin 1, D012 WR86.

Access to the Website is limited to viewing the linked web pages solely for information purposes to access the information provided by the Authority. Fáilte Ireland logos

The user will not use or display the name or logo of Fáilte Ireland, Discover Ireland, Wild Atlantic Way, Ireland’s Ancient East, Ireland’s Hidden Heartlands, Dublin, Visit Dublin, Dublin Surprising By Nature or any similar name or logo, or act in any way that would imply that the user is an agent of the Authority. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as conferring any licence or right of any kind to use any trademark, design right, copyright or other intellectual property right belonging to us.

The Website may be linked to other websites that are not maintained by the Authority. If you decide to visit any third party website or use a third party service, or purchase products from that third party, you do so at your own risk. The Authority is not responsible for the content, accuracy or opinions expressed on third party websites or services. Submissions/user content

On certain parts of our Website, you may be invited to upload materials to our Website either on your own behalf or on behalf of other parties which will be publicly available to other users of the Website (“Your Content”). If you choose to upload any materials, you must ensure that they fully comply with our Acceptable Content Guidelines below. Acceptable content guidelines

Social media

If you use any of the Fáilte Ireland Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn or any other social media pages on the Website to share your ideas and experiences with other users of the relevant community, you will be bound by their terms and conditions and privacy and cookies policies, in particular the obligation not to post any content (such as photos or video) that may belong to someone else, or what may be perceived as controversial. Any abusive, profane or even defamatory posts towards any person, entity, belief or symbol shall be deleted.

Updates to Terms

The Authority reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms at any time, and from time to time. The Authority will endeavour to post changes to these Terms on the Website. Please check the Website regularly for the latest version of the Terms. If you continue to use our Website after we make any changes, you will be deemed to have accepted any variations to our Terms. If you do not agree to such variations, we ask you not to use our Website.

General provisions and governing law

You may not assign, sub-license or otherwise transfer any rights under our Terms.

If any provision of our Terms is found to be invalid for any reason, the invalidity of that provision will not affect the remaining provisions of the Terms, which will remain in full force and effect.
