The Champions Programme is for frontline professionals and anyone who interacts with visitors. This includes taxi drivers, pub and restaurant staff, accommodation providers, social enterprises, festivals, community volunteers, and tourism businesses.

Champions Programme workshops are free to attend.

You will build local product knowledge, customer service skills, and accessibility awareness so you can confidently showcase the best of your region to visitors.

Champions Programme workshops generally run from February to May, before the busy tourism season, and from September to December, during the shoulder season.
